Description

What this webinar is about...

Evaporative Emissions – Leak, Flow & Function Testing

They’ve almost run out of acronyms naming all of the EVAP system out there, but there’s really nothing unique about any of them. Every system performs the same function of storing and delivering hydrocarbons. The only variations revolve around how each manufacturer tests for leaks and flow. That’s it! And there are only four ways to do that:

  • Traditional & Split Purge/Seal Systems
  • Leak Detection Pumps (KOER & Key-OFF)
  • Natural Vacuum (EONV, NVLD, ESIM)
  • DMTL (comparative current flow)

This webinar covers ATG’s universal diagnostic approach that validates the base EVAP system, and then identifies the system type from the list above for further leak and/or flow testing.

Optional Webinar Manual:
Most faults are found using the universal or 4-system approach, but the optional ATG manual also includes manufacturer and system-specific tips and tricks for those cases where you’ll need to go that deep. Case studies are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of both the ‘4-system’ tests and manufacturer-specific information.

PLEASE NOTE: All webinar related sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
