14-day advance notice entitles you to a full refund, alternatively, you may send a replacement. If you are unable to attend all fees are forfeited, as a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Webinar Cancellation Policy
Webinars and webinar related products are non-refundable once purchased. Please make sure you are able to attend the webinar and/or the webinar replay's that are offered the following day (only) prior to enrolling as there will not be a refund available for missed webinars.

Custom Seminar cancellation policy
Due to travel costs and trainer scheduling:
- Seminar cancellation of 60 days or less prior to the scheduled seminar date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Seminar cancellation of 30 days or less prior to the scheduled seminar date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Return Policy for Training Manuals
You may return unused Training Manuals (manuals must be free from any markings or wear and tear and must be in resell-able condition) within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
